Fully Flo Coaching is here to help change-makers get away from the hustle mentality to find self-awareness and possibility through gentle coaching.
I’m a horse-mad subconscious transformation coach based in the beautiful countryside of South Oxfordshire, England. Personal development has been an important part of my life for several years now, triggered by burnout in a previous career and having a nasty fall off my horse (not at the same time!).
Having invested in myself and gained so much personally, I came to realise that one of my biggest desires in life is to help people and what better way than sharing this incredible work through coaching? I am a certified subconscious transformation coach, trauma-informed and trained in a variety of coaching techniques which I use in a gentle, enquiring coaching style.
I’ve seen what can be achieved when we really get to know ourselves at a deeper level and learn how to unlock possibility for ourselves. I truly believe that we can all achieve the things we really desire in life, with ease, grace and joy and that’s what Fully Flo Coaching is all about.
Fully Flo Coaching is for hustling humans who want to re-connect with themselves, looking to let go of control through gentle nudges from a coach who encourages them to let go of other people’s expectations. We believe in pushing the needle forward one step at a time to create long-lasting change, without the need for an aggressive approach. Fully Flo offers a personal, high-touch experience, operating from a place of respect and integrity, helping clients understand their own purpose.
WORK WITH MEFully Flo Coaching is here to create independence for you and offer different perspectives and resources to help you take steps forward.
Subconscious transformation can truly help anyone, but the power it has with improving self-confidence can drive true change-makers to take action and make this world a better place.
In our session Cara helped me so much, see things from a different perspective. I felt stretched between my two different businesses, so always felt guilty while working, because I want to work on the other one at the same time. But it’s all me, it’s me with all of this and they are much more connect as I ever thought they might be. I really feel empowered now to just be fully me and do what needs to be done.
